Antitank guided missiles

The portable anti-tank guided missiles 9M111-2 “Fagot”, 9M111-M “Faktoria”, 9M113 “Konkurs” and 9M115 “Metis” are intended for destroying visible moving and stationary armoured targets, as well as other ground targets when they are visible.
The missiles are part of a complex, which includes a missile and a launcher. They are an effective weapon throughout all seasons and throughout any kind of climate and meteorological conditions, including dry and damp tropical climate, as well as in high mountainous regions.
It can be launched at dawn and in twilight, and during the night with artificial illumination of the area, with the help of standard military illumination facilities.
The missiles, which are placed in container, are hermetically sealed and have good floatability, and they can be used as means of overcoming water barriers.
The missiles are launched via portable launcher.
For guiding the missile, the operator’s task is to keep sight of the launcher at the target.

Due to objective reasons, “VMZ” EAD does not produce the abovementioned portable guided antitank missile at the moment, but has the ability, as well as the needed control and inspection equipment, with which it can perform certain checks for functioning, tightness and electrical parameters of the specified missiles.
